Decided to make a very popular Vietnamese puff pastry! It's a savory pasty, they're found in all shapes, usually stuffed with ground pork or chicken. The pastry dough I bought this time came in squares so I decided to fold them in half.

Inside you'll find ground chicken, minced mushrooms, carrots, peas, garlic and onions!
